Dr. Jay Bhattachrya for NIH Praised

Today, the Organization for Competitive Markets, and Competitive Markets Action, released the following statement in response to President Donald J. Trump and future HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.’s selection of Dr. Jay Bhattacharya as head of the National Institutes of Health:

“We applaud President Trump and future Secretary Kennedy’s courageous and decisive move to Make America Healthy Again with the nomination of Dr. Bhattacharya as head of NIH and believe his confirmation will uncover the truth behind COVID, Dr. Fauci, and the Chinese enemies who created the pandemic intended to oust President Trump from office in 2020,” said Marty Irby, president at Competitive Markets Action and secretary at the Organization for Competitive Markets.

Doug Burgum to Interior & Energy Council

A statement today by former-and-future-President Donald J. Trump, said, “Doug Burgum, the Governor of North Dakota, will be joining my Administration as both Secretary of the Interior and, as Chairman of the newly formed, and very important, National Energy Council, which will consist of all Departments and Agencies involved in the permitting, production, generation, distribution, regulation, transportation, of ALL forms of American Energy.

“This Council will oversee the path to U.S. ENERGY DOMINANCE by cutting red tape, enhancing private sector investments across all sectors of the Economy, and by focusing on INNOVATION over longstanding, but totally unnecessary, regulation. With U.S. Energy Dominance, we will drive down Inflation, win the A.I. arms race with China (and others), and expand American Diplomatic Power to end Wars all across the World,” Trump continued.

Vote Trump to Protect Indian Country

Analysis: Indian Country, just like the rest of America, has a choice to make in this election cycle.

Truth About Democrats Alienating Voters

Abandoning the Base: How Ideological Litmus Tests Are Turning States Red

Analysis: The Democratic Party’s steady retreat from Michigan should serve as a cautionary tale of what happens when party leadership ignores its base. In 2016, Bernie Sanders won the Michigan primary in an upset over Hillary Clinton—an early warning sign of discontent that went largely unheeded. Sanders’ populist platform, focused on trade and economic fairness, resonated with Michiganders weary of the status quo. His win highlighted the disconnect between the party leadership and working-class voters, yet the DNC largely ignored it and continues to do so.

In 2016, while working for the DNC, I saw firsthand how badly Democrats underestimated Michigan voters. On a bus tour, several members of Congress warned that the party was losing ground across the state and pleaded for more support. Their concerns were dismissed, with the DNC claiming they were “all set.” The result was clear: Trump won Michigan, transforming a historically blue state into a battleground.

Compare Kamala Harris vs. Donald Trump

Analysis: Because Kamala Harris and Joe Biden cannot function coherently in an unscripted environment anywhere near the press or public, it begs the question of who or what is running the current administration. Even Democrat Vice Presidential candidate Tim Walz told rally goers in Pennsylvania Saturday “we can’t afford four more years of this” prompting a title wave of agreement by many around kitchen tables, but what do the numbers really show?
